1. Shipping Destinations

We ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. This allows us to maintain consistent delivery standards and reliable service for all domestic orders.

2. Shipping Costs

All orders qualify for free standard shipping with no handling fees and no surprise charges. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay, inclusive of delivery.

3. Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes

Our total delivery time is divided into two parts: a handling period and a transit period.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing on the following business day.
  • Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Mon–Sat). This is the time needed to pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment.
  • Transit Time: 6–12 Business Days (Mon–Sat). This is the time your package spends in transit with the carrier to your delivery address.

Total Delivery Time: 7–15 Business Days (Mon–Sat).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment via our website or directly through the carrier's tracking portal. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after label creation for tracking information to become active.

5. Carrier

Elarose USA ships via USPS. Carrier selection is based on your delivery location and order specifications. We work exclusively with established carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

6. Shipping Address Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Vereno Holdings LLC cannot be held liable for orders dispatched to an incorrectly entered address. If you identify an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us at info@elarose.usa as soon as possible and we will do our best to make corrections before dispatch.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • Damaged upon arrival: If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please photograph the packaging and contents and notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Package marked as delivered but not received: We recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office before contacting our support team, as packages are occasionally held or mis-scanned. If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
