We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 6–12 business days via USPS. This means your total delivery time is 7–15 business days from the date of your order.
All orders include free standard shipping with no hidden fees. After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package every step of the way. Click here to track your order directly.
Every product page includes a detailed size chart with exact garment measurements. Grab a similar piece from your closet that fits you well, lay it flat, measure it, and match it to the chart to find your size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return costs.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.

Returning an item is simple. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
To start your return, email us at support@clarante.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with the return address and a Return Authorization number. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we sent a damaged or incorrect item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Yes, absolutely. Clarante uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. All transactions are processed through secure, trusted payment providers. We never store your payment details on our servers.
You can enter your discount code at checkout. Look for the discount code field on the checkout page, enter your code, and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total. If you run into any issues, do not hesitate to contact us.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will already be in processing and can no longer be cancelled. If the item has already shipped, you are welcome to return it following our standard return process once it arrives.
